A clutter breaking one-of-its kind innovation launched for the first time in real estate.

The Metaverse offers an immersive, three-dimensional, and virtual experience. Exclusive interface for flat owners to provide an immersive experience of the project, the amenities, the lobby, the rooftop and their homes.


Strategy

After taking over TEN BKC , Adani Realty as a brand had to show an innovative way to market the project. Keeping in mind the target group , the readiness of the construction and the demand in the marketing along with the latest tech-savy approaches used.


Data

Successfully managed to create a digital twin of our TEN BKC project where the prospective buyer and flat owners can explore their future homes virtually. This also helps in enhancing the understanding and appreciation of the project for user sitting across globe engaging together in metaverse.


Solution

This is an exclusive interface for flat owners to provide an immersive experience of the project, the amenities, the lobby , the rooftop and their homes. A clutter breaking one of its kind innovation launched for the first time in real estate. The metaverse offers a 3 dimensional virtual immersive experience. The NFT's were used to provide a unique ownership of virtual flats created on the near block chain. The cost of minting these NFT's is one time investment for lifelong ownership.
