Summary

With the education of thousands of children from tier 2, 3, & 4 cities at stake, Dell decided to bring its highly acclaimed teacher training program, Dell Aarambh to the online space. Dell Aarambh is the flag-bearer of the Technology for Education initiative Our Aim was to focus on reaching out to Maximum Parents and Teachers with learning shifting to the online medium.


Challenge

OFFLINE TO ONLINE Our Aim was to focus on reaching out to Maximum Parents and Teachers. With learning shifting to the online medium, we were best poised to transition & have initiated 20+ webinars, paving the way for parents and teachers to integrate PC e-learning in the lives of over 2000 + teachers and 200+ parents.


Objective

Webinar Section on the Aarambh page The webinars were targeted towards parents and Teachers so that they can incorporate PC learning in their teaching techniques and also advance their own PC learning skillset.


Strategy

Strategic Partnerships To further strengthen the communication and drive the need for PC for education we conducted various collaborative projects. PC Paathshala With Dell being a thought-leader in enhancing online learning, we became a part of PC Paathshala- a strategic initiative by Intel wherein all major OEMs, retail, and education groups have come together to put forward PC as an essential part of education. The Better India Paying our compliments to the Teachers, we have partnered with The Better India - content marketing portal with over 2 million viewers; to share authentic stories of teachers who have gone above & beyond, leveraged technology to be #TeachersofTomorrow. We've published 2 stories so far and have many more to come!

Learn from Home We combined our thought leadership efforts with our transactional campaigns about changing times of Learn from Home, with specific bundles offers to that audience and reaching the right target set with our outreach program Outreach Programme Through our ‘School Outreach' program, we contacted more than 1000 schools complementing our sales efforts.


Solution

Learn from Home We combined our thought leadership efforts with our transactional campaigns about changing times of Learn from Home, with specific bundles offers to that audience and reaching the right target set with our outreach program. Webinar Topics The Webinar topics had a 2 parts for the teachers training i.e. a basic and an advanced. For the parents the webinar focused on highlighting how parents can use PC learning to enhance their kids learning experience at home. The parents webinar was broken into to groups basis the age of the children.


Results

We leveraged Dell aarambh webinar to initiate training to parents and teachers. We promoted the webinar on our social handles to amplify and get more and more people to be a part of the program We also released articles on the Dell Aarambh website which directed the readers to the Webinar page. The topics of the articles ran parallel to the topics of the webinar. This helped us get more registrations Our content pieces included the number of Teachers trained, Video Testimonials etc. We received a total of 3K + registrations for all the 3 webinars Parents and Teachers included in the last 6 months. Reach - 750K+ Impressions - 850K+ Engagement - 6K+
