Listening to and taking feedback from your customer is essential. Acting on that feedback makes it very important.

Listening helps to understand what the customer needs from you. It also helps understand your actions as right or wrong. Better understanding helps to retain that customer and to convert that customer into a loyal customer.

Positive experiences are all about loyal customers who are important and who convert into advocates for you.

At Patanjali, there's a lot of advocacy. Advocacy cuts both ways for positive and negative.

If a brand is above the 50% and 60% benchmark in positive advocacy, it makes a tremendous difference. You will experience that one customer leads to another, and your customer base increases. That's all because of your positive customer experiences.

The DMAasia Brand Trail for CX Superpowers was held in Mumbai & Gurugram on 10th Nov and 17th Nov. It was an interactive session which has garnered industry-wide participation from over 40 CxOs in attendance.

We started with a simple objective: collectively finding what it will take to win in 2023 and how brands can grow at scale.
