The interest in the CX Superpowers theme has been overwhelming, CX Superpowers? Do brands really have superpowers? YES, they do! The idea of brands having superpowers is a silly one. But it's also kind of a great one. If you're looking to drive insanely great customer experience (CX), then having superpowers can help you out.
And we're not just talking about the ability to fly or shoot lasers from your eyes?we're talking about the power to change people's lives.
So what are these superpowers?
Superpower #1: The Ability To Create New Experiences
Superpower #2: The Ability To Generate Excitement In Others
Superpower #3: The Ability to Make People Feel Better About Themselves.
So how do you do it? We've identified three ways?and we think they're pretty darn powerful.
1) To be everywhere: Brands are everywhere online and offline. They're on your phone and computer, in your mailbox and at the grocery store. They're even on your skin! Brands can reach people where they already are, making this superpower incredibly valuable for driving insane amounts of CX success.
2) To talk directly to customers: Brands can talk directly to customers through email, text messages, social media posts, and ads?you name it! No matter where you are or what you're doing, there's probably a brand nearby that wants to talk with you about their products or services (or just check in). This superpower helps ensure that when customers have questions or concerns about products/services, brands will be there to answer them quickly and effectively.
3) To give us something worth talking about: The best brands in the world have built their reputations on providing quality products that meet our needs?and make our lives better in some small way. They don't just sell things; they offer solutions that make us feel good about ourselvesBrands do have superpowers, and they're not just limited to CX. Superpowers?
We have an idea. It is not a power ring, nor does it shoot laser from its eyes. We call it x-ray vision. It lets you see if your customers are happy or disappointed, if they are loyal to your brand or if they would like to move on with another option. This superpower can tell you if they are aware of your current offers and promotions or if they are forgettable in their minds. The superpowers of CX allow every brand to see through the eyes of their customers.
The DMAasia Brand Trail is a new concept introduced to the marketing community. A unique representation of insights from a variety of industries, ranging from eCommerce and financial services to food and property.
The DMAasia Brand Trail for CX Superpowers was held in Mumbai & Gurugram on 10th Nov and 17th Nov. It was an interactive session which has garnered industry-wide participation from over 40 CxOs in attendance.
We started with a simple objective: collectively finding what it will take to win in 2023 and how brands can grow at scale.
