Strategy

Prebuzz - We Pushed out Emailers asking the people attending the webinar to register on DWEN.com. ●Once they registered 1-2 days before the webinar they received the link to login to attend the webinar ●We Used Instagram as a prime platform from Dell's End to promote the communication and informative details about the webinar Launch - On the Day of the Event we took to the Dell Technologies Twitter Handle to cover the event live. ●We made sure that every segment showcased in the next agenda in the Next slide was covered with Screen grabs of the live webinar ●The first 3 sessions were Live and the video series was pre-recorded. Sustenance - In the sustenance phase our content circled around giving the audience a glance at what happened at the webinar. ●The content Ranged from Highlights to key learnings, Quotes from the panellist to some really good advice in the form of audio posts.


Data

Campaign Details: Facebook - We posted awareness and sustenance content along with the videos on the Dell India Facebook page and DWEN Facebook group. Twitter - We posted regular updates and snippets from the sessions. Instagram - We leveraged Instagram Stories by posting awareness content and snippets from the sessions like quotes and answers. YouTube - We went ahead and posed the session videos throughout the month of March strategically to ensure worthy weightage. Dell Technologies TW handle - Dell Technologies Twitter page was used to it's complete potential to attract our audiences to the sessions. DWEN Network channel - For The DWEN Women's Day we also utilized the DWEN.COM/India website and catered regular updates to our group members

Results and numbers achieved from all the DWEN Webinars ever since we transitioned from offline to online. We also witnessed a rise in registrations on DWEN.COM/India . We went ahead and leveraged the entire month of March for International Women's Day. Collaborating with inspiring & influential women entrepreneurs gave us a very positive response. Reach -870 K+ Engagement -230K+ Impressions -280 K+ Engagement Rate -27.1% Video Views -13 K+ 35% increase in registrations at DWEN.COM/INDIA.
